Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a proactive Market Coordinator Intern to join our Market Management team in Kuala Lumpur. You will help onboard hotel partners and ensure content, rates, and availability are accurate and engaging for travelers.

You will support content audits, data updates, and operational tasks, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of hotel listings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Business-level English written and spoken.
• Comfortable with web-based platforms and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of newly contracted hotel partners.
• Audit property pages for accuracy of descriptions, photos, amenities and pricing.
• Process partner update requests for policy changes and rate plans.
• Support Market Managers with administrative tasks and data verification.
• Serve as an operational contact for hotel partners on platform usage and inventory.
