Job summary

Traveloka Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Market Coordinator Intern for its Market Management team in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist onboarding new hotel partners and ensure content, rates, and availability stay accurate and engaging for travelers.

You will gain hands-on experience in OTA operations, hotel account management, and partner operations. This internship offers exposure to international teams and mentorship from experienced Market Managers in a fast-paced travel tech environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a related bachelor's degree.
• Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using web-based platforms and basic tools like Excel/Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for hotel partners onto the platform.
• Audit property pages for accuracy of descriptions, photos, amenities and pricing.
• Process update requests from partners (policies, amenities, contacts, rate plans).
• Assist Market Managers with admin tasks, reporting and data verification.
• Serve as a primary partner contact for platform usage and inventory configuration.
