Job summary

OTTOTREE HOTELS & RESORTS SDN BHD is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support multiple properties in our cluster. You will focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and SOP implementation, driving continuous improvement and performance across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Facilities.

You will oversee manpower planning, lead the property teams, and coordinate with Revenue and Commercial teams to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hotel operations experience required.
• 1-2 years in supervisory/management role.
• Experience in branded or boutique hotel environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Comfortable handling KPIs and operation data.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in day-to-day cluster hotel operations.
• Conduct weekly inspections and SOP audits for standards and cleanliness.
• Review audits with Ops Manager and follow up on corrective actions.
