Job summary

B Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on hotel operations associate to handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints, and to monitor room occupancy, rates and OTA performance.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, prepare staff schedules, ensure SOPs are followed, monitor revenue and expenses, report to management, and assist with recruitment and training while handling day-to-day emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints
• Monitor room occupancy, rates and OTA performance
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance
• Ensure hotel SOPs are properly followed
• Monitor daily revenue and operational expenses
• Report operational issues and performance to management
• Assist with staff recruitment and training
• Handle emergencies and resolve day-to-day operational problems
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest service
