Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage.
• Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and budgets with cost-control measures.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage reservations and room availability to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Plan and execute marketing promotions and social media updates.
• Support HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance management.
