Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage.

• Monitor revenue, expenses, and budgets with cost-control measures.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, quality standards and regulatory compliance.

• Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Plan and execute marketing promotions and social media updates.
