Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur City Centre is seeking a Hotel Operation Assistant to join our team. This full‑time role supports front office and guest services, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

You will assist with check‑ins/outs, coordinate housekeeping and other departments, respond to guest requests, and keep accurate records. Flexibility for shifts, and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel operations, front office, or guest services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and computer applications.
• Attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinating housekeeping, maintenance and other hotel departments for smooth service.
• Responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate records of guest information and operations.
• Assisting with room allocation and availability management.
• Supporting the organisation of hotel events and special guest services.
• Handling administrative tasks related to guest services and operations.
• Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures and health and safety rules.
• Contributing to a welcoming and well‑organised environment for guests and staff.
