Job summary

Crystal Crown Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Cook to join our hotel kitchen. You will prepare and cook menu items as instructed, ensure quality, taste and presentation, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

The role requires a minimum 1–2 years cooking experience, basic techniques, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good teamwork, knowledge of food hygiene, and physical fitness. An additional culinary certificate is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of cooking experience (hotel or restaurant preferred).
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities
