You will follow strict hygiene and FIFO, receive incoming goods, assist stock rotation, and support junior cooks during peak periods. Fresh graduates welcome; experience in multi-outlet brands is a plus.

Qualifications

• Handle core prep work including cutting, trimming, portioning and marinating to standard.
• Maintain sharp mise en place for smooth service throughout the day.
• Follow strict hygiene, food safety and FIFO practices in a busy kitchen.
• Receive incoming goods and assist with stock rotation and quality checks.
• Operate primary cooking stations (fry, sauté, grill, signature items) with accuracy.
• Support junior cooks to maintain steady service flow during peak periods.
