ARBELL HOSPITALITY SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a kitchen team member to handle core prep, maintain sharp mise en place, and uphold strict hygiene and FIFO practices. You will assist with receiving goods and stock rotation and operate fry, sauté, grill, and signature items with confidence.

You will support junior cooks, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and contribute to smooth service. Fresh graduates are welcome; chain-restaurant experience is a plus. Overtime and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Handle core prep work including cutting, trimming, portioning, marinating, and preparing ingredients.
• Maintain sharp and consistent mise en place throughout the day.
• Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and FIFO practices.
• Receive incoming goods, assist with stock rotation, and check for quality and freshness.
• Run primary cooking stations such as fry, sauté, grill, and signature items with accuracy.
• Support junior cooks or teammates during peak periods.
• Experience in chain or multi-outlet restaurants is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
