Key responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.

Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and refreshments.

Deep clean corridors, lobbies, stairways, and other public areas of the hotel.

Restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift and report any room damages or maintenance issues immediately.

Handle guest requests promptly and with a friendly, professional attitude.

Requirements:

Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
