Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in housekeeping, hotel experience preferred.
• Experience supervising Room Attendants and housekeeping operations.
• Good knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
• Monitor cleanliness and neatness of housekeeping service areas.
• Report maintenance issues, defects, and follow up on repairs.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Supervise Room Attendants and ensure proper grooming, hygiene, and work performance.
• Assist with training and coaching of housekeeping staff.
• Manage lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Maintain effective communication within the Housekeeping Department.
• Update daily housekeeping records and logbooks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeper or management.
