The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of hospitality operations. English and Malay fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum supervisory experience in hospitality/tourism industry.
• Strong leadership to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff.
• Solid knowledge of hospitality operations and standards.
• Proficiency with POS systems and computer software.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Hospitality management certification preferred.
• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
