Job summary

Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the delivery of Front Office services in line with the hotel’s strategic plan and standard. You will lead the team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Requirements include a Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management, minimum 3 years in a similar role, excellent English, plus Mandarin and local languages as an advantage; proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to speak Mandarin and basic understanding of local languages is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Supervise and manage the overall Front Office operations to maintain service standards.
• Ensure Front Office delivery aligns with the hotel's strategic plan and standard.
