Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in a sales management role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Proficient in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

• Preparing and presenting sales proposals and reports to senior management
