Job summary

Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our dynamic team. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full-time role supports the sales team with essential administrative coordination, helping to drive smooth daily operations and contribute to the hotel’s sales effectiveness.

You will handle correspondence, assist in proposals and contracts, maintain client databases, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or sales support roles.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Type correspondences and provide backup to the allocated sales personnel.
• Handle inquiries, ensure prompt follow-ups and for all proposal, contracts, correspondence and banquet event order as required ensuring accurate and professional image
• Assist in the coordination of sales activities, client meetings, and events
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records accurately
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations
• Handle inquiries from clients and assist with follow-ups to ensure excellent service
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
• Monitor sales data and assist in generating reports for management review
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related materials
