Job summary

Moxy Hotels in Putrajaya is seeking an experienced Manager on Duty to oversee all property operations, guest services, and front desk activities. You will act as the face of hotel operations, resolve guest issues, and drive service standards across the lobby and staff teams.

As a key member of the management team, you will lead guest services, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure financial and service goals are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years experience in guest services/front desk or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads guest services teams and supervises daily operations.
• Maintains strong relationships with all departments to support property operations.
• Handles guest inquiries, complaints and resolves issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Ensures high levels of hospitality and service across the lobby and front desk.
• Monitors budgets, payroll, and operational performance to meet targets.
• Provides guidance and direction to staff, including coaching and performance feedback.
