Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years in related work experience.
• Supervisory experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire, rectify deficiencies, and complete opening/closing duties.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being; complete maintenance work orders as needed.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees; be a role model and maintain Company policies.
