Job summary

Moxy Putrajaya is seeking a energetic Guest Experience Expert (At Your Service) to be the voice of the hotel and deliver memorable guest experiences. You'll handle requests, resolve concerns, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure every stay is seamless and enjoyable across phone, email, chat, and mobile channels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services preferred.
• Excellent communication and warm telephone manner.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage guest requests via phone, email, chat, or mobile.
• Operate the hotel switchboard and direct calls to departments.
• Log requests and service issues and coordinate follow-up.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office to fulfill requests.
• Provide information about facilities, local attractions, and services.
• Ensure follow-up to confirm needs are met and expectations exceeded.
