Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive talent development initiatives, enhance organizational capability, and foster a strong learning culture across the hotel. You will design and implement training programs, lead internship and campus partnerships, and work closely with department heads to align learning with operational needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training (hospitality preferred).
• Experience in internship program management or campus engagement is a plus.
• Strong skills in training design, facilitation, and talent development.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
• Passion for people development and organizational growth.
• Pleasant personality & Good Interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English communication skills.
• Customer orientation, Enthusiasm, Team builder, Initiative, Self starter.
