Job summary

Richemont Luxury (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Hospitality Ambassador to represent Cartier in our boutiques. The role focuses on delivering a flawless client experience, managing queues, and guiding clients through their journey with warmth and storytelling.

You will interact with clients in English, maintain poise in a fast-paced luxury environment, and support boutique operations with a proactive, client-centric approach. This is a full-time role in our Kuala Lumpur boutiques.

Qualifications

• Strong service orientation for luxury clients.
• Ability to engage clients with storytelling about Maison/boutique.
• Comfort with digital tools and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Cartier image and deliver consistent, excellent client experiences throughout the journey.
• Inform clients about waiting times and share Maison/boutique stories.
• Assess client needs and guide them with a positive, proactive approach.

We are looking for a Hospitality Ambassador to join us at our Cartier boutiques to be the face of our Maison and to effectively contribute to the success of our brand.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• As an Ambassador of the Maison, you are responsible for upholding the Cartier image and to provide a consistent excellent client experience through the entire client journey
• You will handle the waiting time management by informing clients about the approximate waiting times, and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique
• You will also ensure a smooth client flow and orientation throughout their journey in the boutique by assessing their needs and being prompt and positive in responding to their concerns
