Responsibilities

• Assist clients with new home loans, refinancing, and mortgage-related financing solutions.
• Conduct financial assessments to determine loan eligibility based on income, commitments, and bank lending criteria.
• Compare mortgage packages from multiple banks and recommend the most suitable financing solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire loan application process, from document collection to final loan approval.
• Prepare, verify, and submit loan applications with complete and accurate documentation.
• Liaise with banks, solicitors, developers, property agents, and valuers to ensure smooth transaction progress.
• Monitor loan application status and provide timely updates to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and business associates.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and marketing activities.
• Follow up on potential leads and provide professional after-sales support.
• Stay updated on banking policies, mortgage products, interest rates, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports when required.
