Job summary

2201 United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Mortgage Sales professional in Malaysia. You will advise clients on suitable home loan products, guide them through the application process, assess credit and risk, and prepare loan proposals for approval.

You will work with internal teams and external valuers to ensure timely processing, stay updated on market trends, and actively seek new business while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of mortgage sales experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and Malaysia regulatory frameworks.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Professional certifications such as PCE or CUTE are an advantage.
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities
