Responsibilities

• Acquire new business focusing on Mortgage and Salary Financing (Primary Focus) and Credit Protection / Credit Card (Secondary Focus).
• Responsible for sales fulfilment on Mortgage and Salary Financing.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities such as property launches, seminars, payroll and product launches.
• Emphasise focus products by understanding customer needs while strengthening Maybank's relationship with clients.
• Deliver strategy for mortgage and salary financing including target segments and portfolio balance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships and referrals with lawyers, real estate agents, developers and payroll firms.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and adhere to compliance and bank policies.
