Job summary

Intellipro Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated HNW Mortgage Relationship Manager to drive mortgage growth within the affluent segment. You will acquire new customers, manage relationships and develop partnerships to offer tailored mortgage financing solutions.

Key responsibilities include achieving monthly sales targets, networking with developers and brokers, and advising on mortgage and property financing while cross-selling wealth and protection products. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Diploma required or equivalent.
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in banking, financial services, mortgage, property or related industries.
Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly mortgage sales targets through customer acquisition and business development.
Build and maintain relationships with HNW clients, developers, agents, brokers and legal partners.
Identify new mortgage opportunities and generate leads through referrals and partnerships.
Provide professional advice on mortgage and property financing solutions.
Cross-sell wealth and protection products.
Participate in property launches, networking events and business development activities.
Maintain knowledge of mortgage products, market trends and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all mortgage sales activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
