Job summary

ACE EdVenture Education Group is seeking an Executive, Higher Education Services to support graduates through their higher education journey, from identifying suitable institutions to managing applications, admissions and enrolment.

You will liaise with universities, coordinate engagement activities, and track graduate progression while collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in higher education, student services or admissions preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and organisational skills are encouraged.
• Good understanding of university applications, admissions and enrolment processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist graduates in identifying higher education institutions, programmes and progression paths.
• Support graduates through applications, admissions and enrollment.
• Coordinate with universities and colleges on admissions and student enquiries.
• Maintain records of institutional contacts, programmes and admission requirements.
• Support engagement activities, education talks, fairs and visits.
• Monitor graduate progression and provide timely updates.
