Job summary

Oxford International is seeking a Business Development Manager APAC to drive growth in Higher Education programmes across South Asia, Southeast Asia and wider APAC markets. You will build partnerships and lead commercial discussions with institutions and delivery partners.

The role combines partnership development and student recruitment, with targets for enrolment and revenue. Travel within APAC is expected, and you will work closely with the HE and Partnerships teams to scale our online

Qualifications

• Significant experience in international education business development and partnerships.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and growth targets.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and contracts.
• Strong understanding of APAC higher education markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow APAC HE partnerships across SA/SEA and wider APAC.
• Drive student recruitment and revenue growth through agents and institutional channels.
• Lead negotiations on partnership structures and commercial terms.
• Maintain CRM forecasts and performance reports.
