Job summary

JP Caliber Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for Higher Education to lead discovery, analyze institutional processes, and design technology-driven solutions for universities and education groups.

You will collaborate with academic, administrative, IT and senior management stakeholders to translate requirements into practical enterprise-grade solutions. The role is consultative, involving discovery workshops, fit-gap assessments, RFP/tender support, and customer presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, Education Technology or a related field.
Experience in solutions consulting, presales, business analysis, or implementation consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with university stakeholders (academic, administrative, IT).
Analyze institutional processes, systems, data, policies, and pain points.
Translate requirements into technology solutions and map to platform capabilities.
Prepare and deliver role-specific product demonstrations for higher-education use cases.
Develop solution narratives, process maps, fit-gap assessments, and future-state workflows.
Support RFPs, tenders, and security reviews; collaborate with Sales and Product teams.
