• Proactively acquire new-to-bank customers and promote Privilege Banking and Wealth Banking propositions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and following up.
• Carry out monthly marketing calls and engagement activities to grow the client base and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and internal departments to meet acquisition targets.
• Ensure all account opening processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and participate in referrals to deepen product penetration.
• This is a sales-driven, performance-based role with attractive incentive schemes.
