Matrix Petroleum Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to manage and grow our automotive and industrial lubricant sales across Negeri Sembilan and Southern Kuala Lumpur, with a base in Seremban. The role focuses on maintaining existing customers, developing new accounts, and expanding our market share.

You will organize visits, generate leads, present value propositions, build relationships with clients, and collaborate with the technical team on site assessments.

Qualifikationen

• Key requirement: manage and grow sales within the assigned territory, covering Southern Kuala Lumpur and Negeri Sembilan.
• Preferably based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
• Familiarity with the Negeri Sembilan market and surrounding areas will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• To achieve and generate new business opportunities.
• Continuously generate and explore new leads from existing client’s interest to close each sales process milestone.
• Organizing sales visits & secure appointments.
• Conduct site assessment together with Technical Team to understand client business issue.
• Ensure Sales Report are generated timely and accurately.
• Build value proposition through Sales presentation.
• Build and maintain relationship with clients and prospects.
• Meet potential clients to determine their needs.
• To submit sales and market report feedback information for sales and business analytics.
• Confidence in engaging customers and make a sale.
• Communication skills, especially pursuing, to clearly convey the benefit of a product or solution to potential clients.
• Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as and when required by the management.
