Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm’s Healthcare Division, is partnering with an international organisation in the Pharmaceutical sector to hire a Medical Sales Representative based in Johor, Malaysia. The role focuses on driving product sales and building relationships with healthcare professionals across the assigned territory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science (preferred) or related studies.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in product presentations to doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
• Experience in customer relationship management and territory development.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
• Experience maintaining customer records and preparing sales reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Understanding of pharmacovigilance requirements and adverse event reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Generate sales and initiate activities to achieve targets.
• Organise appointments and meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrate products to doctors, nurses and pharmacists and negotiate price.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and maintain customers.
• Develop new markets and expand territory coverage.
• Maintain records and prepare sales reports on a schedule.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints within 24 hours.
• Report medical information enquiries within 24 hours.
