Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Healthcare Facilities Engineer to support the Operations Manager. You will oversee maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil systems across hospital facilities, plan preventive maintenance, and mentor staff.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 5+ years in facilities/building management, and strong Bahasa Malaysia & English communication. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• A good degree from a recognized university in mechanical, electrical, civil or electronic engineering.
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Good written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist management to ensure IT-related equipment and systems are in good condition for day-to-day operations.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and major services for facilities.
• Provide technical advice to projects and manage asset inventory.
