Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Management, Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare-related field.
• Courteous, tactful and patient-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide patients on hospital facilities and services.
• Attend to patient enquiries and provide frontline support.
• Conduct ward rounds to improve customer experience.
• Assist in resolving patient concerns and complaints professionally.
• Act as liaison between Consultants, Medical Officers, and nursing teams.
• Prepare monthly reports on customer service statistics.
