Tung Shin Hospital in Kuala Lumpur seeks a customer service enthusiast to guide patients and respond to inquiries, ensuring a positive experience across our healthcare services. You will liaise with clinicians and nursing staff, collect feedback, support marketing efforts, and help resolve complaints with professionalism.

Fluency in English and Mandarin, plus strong Office skills, are valued as part of delivering excellent service in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Management, Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare-related field.
• Courteous, tactful and patient-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

Advise and guide patients on hospital facilities and services

Attend to patient enquiries and provide frontline support

Conduct ward rounds to improve/enhance customer experience.

Assist in resolving patient concerns and complaints professionally

Act as liaison between Consultants, Medical Officers, and nursing teams

Collect, compile, and analyze customer feedback monthly

Support hospital marketing and promotional initiatives

Follow up on complaint cases to ensure satisfactory resolution

Prepare monthly reports on customer service statistics

Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

Courteous, tactful, and patient-oriented personality

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms are required. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking patients
