Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
• Proven experience in headcount planning and operations management, preferably in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and data management skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Knowledge of workforce scheduling, capacity planning, and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end headcount planning processes aligned with business volume and capacity.
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and workforce forecasting for senior management.
• Develop workforce models and dashboards to track productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to forecast staffing needs and optimize allocation.
• Maintain stakeholder and vendor relationships to maximize service efficiency and cost optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost efficiency and productivity.
• Provide leadership and performance management to customer service teams as needed.
