You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive profitability and efficiency across the Retail & Fulfillment P&L.

The role requires strong Excel skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in e-commerce or start-up environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments in commercial and operations to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and identify areas of improvement.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and analyze key business metrics within the Retail & Fulfillment P&L such as revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare insightful and accurate financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate financial performance and trends.
• Monitor and track KPIs to assess the financial health of the organization and identify potential risks and opportunities.
