Shopee in Klang is seeking a proactive Operations Product role focused on improving Malaysia warehouse operations and end-to-end product execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, addressing fulfillment challenges and driving efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in project management in e-commerce or supply chain is a plus.
• Analytical, data-driven thinker with strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Excel.
• Willing to commute; based in Bukit Raja, Klang.
• Fluency in BM and Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end product execution from strategy to operational rollout.
• Build buy-in for the product vision and roadmap across teams and partners.
• Develop and optimize Malaysia Warehouse operations strategies for cost efficiency and scalability.
• Identify product gaps from workflows and fulfillment challenges to drive growth and efficiency.
• Prioritize initiatives based on measurable business impact and balance long-term vs near-term delivery.
• Explore cross-functional synergies across product lines to unlock efficiency and scalability.
