Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years in property development or construction management with 8+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience delivering end-to-end residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple development projects from start to finish, aligned with budgets and schedules.
• Deliver strategic planning and insights with senior leadership.
• Define scopes, milestones, and deliverables for timely execution.
• Ensure regulatory, technical, and financial compliance.
• Lead feasibility studies and market analyses for viability and risk.
• Address issues, delays, and risks, and escalate critical concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Design, and Planning to align projects and drive commercial success.
• Assist in executing marketing strategies and support sales KPIs.
• Manage engagement with consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders for approvals.
• Build relationships with government agencies, partners, and regulators.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and governance to improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing project team.
