Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage end-to-end semiconductor test operations across multiple production lines
• Ensure achievement of production targets in terms of quality, delivery, and cost
• Drive operational efficiency, capacity utilization, and throughput optimization

Strategic Management

• Develop and execute test operations strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to enhance productivity and reduce cost
• Identify and implement opportunities for process and performance optimization

Technical & Engineering Oversight

• Provide leadership in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) environments
• Partner with engineering teams to drive yield improvement and test program optimization
• Ensure best practices in semiconductor test processes and methodologies

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop large cross-functional teams across operations and engineering
• Build a high-performance culture with strong accountability and engagement
• Manage organizational scalability to support business growth

Customer Management

• Act as a key interface with global customers, ensuring alignment with expectations
• Drive excellence in customer delivery, quality, and responsivenessSupport business development through strong operational credibility

Manufacturing Excellence

• Champion best practices for high-mix, high-volume manufacturing
• Implement data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

• 15–20 years of experience in:
  • Semiconductor industry
  • EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services)
  • OSAT / backend semiconductor operations
  • High-volume manufacturing environments
• At least 8–10 years in senior leadership roles

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Strong experience in:
  • Semiconductor Test Operations
  • ATE environments
  • Production and manufacturing operations
  • Engineering management
  • Manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement
  • Customer operations

Leadership Experience

• Proven track record managing:
  • Large manufacturing teams
  • Multiple production lines
