Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a senior semiconductor test engineer to lead the development and debugging of validation tests, analyse data for failure modes, and optimise test systems. You will manage test hardware, including ATE platforms, and document procedures and reports.

The role requires strong software skills and deep knowledge of digital/mixed-signal test methods, with emphasis on reliability and efficiency improvements across multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in semiconductor test engineering.
• Strong programming skills (C/C++, Python)
• Experience with ATE platforms such as Advantest V93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX.
• Solid knowledge of digital, mixed-signal, and parametric test methodologies.
• Strong statistical and yield analysis capabilities (e.g., PAT, GR&R, yield improvement).
• Proven ability to mentor team members and work across multi-site teams.
