Job summary

Pivot Search is assisting a Li-Battery manufacturing client in Selangor to appoint a senior sales leader. The role focuses on growing revenue, acquiring new customers, and managing strategic accounts in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end sales, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious targets. Fluent Chinese and English are required for global liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of sales experience with proven sales team management.
• Experience in B2B, industrial goods, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in key account development, end-to-end order management and sales ops.
• Established client resources or strong regional network in EU/US/SEA a plus.
• Responsible, execution-oriented and result-driven.
• Adaptable to a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
• Strong written and verbal Chinese and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sales and commercial function with strategy, plans, targets and market initiatives.
• Drive growth via new customers, market expansion, projects and strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers through visits and reviews.
• Lead end-to-end commercial process from opportunity to closure.
• Own sales revenue, pipeline, orders, forecasts and targets attainment.
• Oversee quotes, delivery, invoicing, collections and after-sales follow-up.
• Collaborate with Production/Planning/Procurement/Logistics/Finance/QA to translate requirements.
• Establish and improve standardized sales processes and CRM/ERP usage.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team with clear KPIs.
• Represent the company in strategic meetings and industry events.
