Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in ERM, Governance, Audit, or Sustainability.
• Knowledge of ISO 31000, Bursa Sustainability Reporting, GRI, TCFD, ISSB is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the organisation's ERM framework and policies.
• Coordinate quarterly risk profiling for all business units and subsidiaries.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify emerging risks and evaluate mitigation effectiveness.
• Prepare and present quarterly risk reports to senior management.
