Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd in Sarawak invites a seasoned Head of Region for Enterprise Business to lead regional sales, P&L and strategic growth across diverse industries.

You will build and mentor a high-performance sales team, shape enterprise contracts with major customers, monitor KPIs, collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations, and represent the company at industry events to expand opportunities in Malaysia's Sarawak market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA is highly preferred
• Extensive experience in B2B/enterprise sales and P&L management is expected
• Experience in Telecommunications, SaaS, IT Solutions industries is essential

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional enterprise strategy to achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share growth.
• Assume full ownership of the region's P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial management.
• Provide market analysis and competitor intelligence to inform the enterprise strategy.
• Lead regional enterprise sales team to drive pipeline development and revenue growth.
• Negotiate high-value, complex enterprise contracts.
• Establish KPIs for the sales team and mentor the regional sales staff.
• Cultivate relationships with key enterprise customers and C-level executives.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate new opportunities.
