Job summary

APM CORPORATE SERVICES SDN BHD is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, HR (Rewards & Performance) in Port Klang to support the design and execution of performance management processes and employee reward strategies. You will work with HR teams and stakeholders to implement appraisal systems, incentive programs, and compensation frameworks.

You will also assist in market benchmarking, data coordination, and running regular reports on turnover costs, salary distributions, and recognition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance management, rewards.
• Solid foundational knowledge of compensation structures.
• Prior experience handling HR operations or data coordination in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel or relocate to Klang.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits (C&B) frameworks and day-to-day programs.
• Coordinate the execution of reward programs, including annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and non-financial recognition initiatives.
• Facilitate the annual and mid-year performance appraisal processes, ensuring timelines are met across all departments.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining SOPs and policies related to C&B and performance.
• Maintain updated employee databases and extract/analyze data for regular reports on turnover costs, salary distributions, and performance appraisal completion rates.
