Job summary

Airswift in Malaysia seeks a senior HR leader to drive the organization's strategic HR agenda, focusing on organization design, workforce planning, HRIS, and process improvement to enable sustainable growth.

You will lead Malaysianization, WPB management, and audits, partnering with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, talent readiness, and impactful localization programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience focusing on Organization Design, Workforce Planning, HRIS and HR Transformation.
• Experience managing WPB and engaging with MPM, with localization/malaysianization exposure.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design, job architecture, and functional descriptions.
• Review and optimize organizational structures for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive transformation and change management initiatives.
• Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead HRIS implementation, optimization, and reporting enhancements.
• Improve HR processes, policies, and workflows using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audits; manage corrective actions.
• Lead Malaysianization initiatives and WPB preparation; liaison with MPM on localization matters.

Lead the organization’s strategic HR agenda, focusing on Organization Design, Workforce Planning, HRIS, Process Improvement, Audit & Compliance, Malaysianization, and Work Program Budget (WPB) management. The role ensures organizational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and workforce readiness to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Organization Design

• Lead organizational restructuring, job architecture, and functional descriptions.
• Review and optimize organizational structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive transformation and change management initiatives.

Workforce Planning & HRIS

• Develop workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct workforce analysis and identify capability gaps.
• Lead HRIS implementation, optimization, and reporting enhancements.

Process Improvement

• Improve HR processes, policies, and workflows.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR.

Audit & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and audit requirements.
• Manage audit findings and corrective action plans.
• Provide compliance updates and recommendations to management.

Malaysianization & WPB (Work Program Budget)

• Lead Malaysianization initiatives in line with MPM requirements.
• Develop local talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Manage HR Work Program Budget (WPB) preparation, submission, and monitoring.
• Serve as the key liaison with MPM on workforce and localization matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Organization Design, Workforce Planning, HRIS, Process Improvement and. HR Transformation
• Experience managing WPB and engaging with MPM.
• Proven track record in Malaysianization or localization programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
