Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR operations with a track record in process design and optimization.
• Advanced skills in HRIS data management and HR reporting.
• Experience automating HR workflows or implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior leaders.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR technology trends.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or building AI-powered HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and company policies.
• Manage and optimize HRIS data, reporting, and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI and automation.
• Serve as a primary contact for senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance and Legal.
• Manage relationships with external HR service providers (payroll, benefits, visas).
• Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead or support HR technology projects and change initiatives.
• Provide timely, people-centric support to team members at all levels.
