Job summary

The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is seeking an Operations Manager / Law Firm Operations Administrator who will report to the COO.

This fully remote role supports operations across finance, BD, HR, vendor management, and client experience while supervising administrative staff and shaping scalable processes with AI-enabled tools. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operational leadership, experience with U.S.-based firms, and proficiency in Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and monday.com.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience with U.S.-based companies, ideally a U.S.-based law firm.
Strong track record managing operational projects from concept to execution.
Experience supervising administrative or operations teams, including recruitment and onboarding.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, GoHighLevel) and with monday.com.
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

Support the COO by executing strategic initiatives and coordinating cross-functional projects.
Build and continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs, systems, and processes.
Monitor performance and drive improvements using AI, automation, and technology.
Develop scalable systems and optimize workflows within monday.com and related platforms.
Support business development activities and client experience enhancements.
Supervise administrative staff and contribute to recruitment and onboarding.
Assist with finance, vendor management, and contract oversight.
