Job summary

3cat is seeking an Operations & Automation leader to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will work closely with retail, warehouses, customer support and operations to identify bottlenecks, automate repetitive tasks, and build internal tools.

You’ll guide frontline teams, design scalable processes, and drive data-backed improvements across stores, logistics and customer services. You’ll be hands-on with workflow platforms, AI applications and cross-functional collaboration with Tech and Product to

Qualifications

• Experience designing operational workflows and internal systems.
• Experience with automation and AI tools is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the operations team responsible for running key workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows to reduce manual work.
• Use automation, AI and other tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Technology and Product to design and roll out tools used across stores and warehouses.
• Improve customer support workflows and integrations to deliver faster, better service.
• Create clear SOPs and processes to ensure consistent execution as the business scales.
• Build dashboards and reporting to give leadership visibility into operational performance.
