Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel engineering or facilities management leadership.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, energy conservation, safety regulations and engineering best practice.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Engineering and Maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable and efficient facilities, equipment and building systems.
• Drive preventive maintenance, sustainability, safety and statutory compliance, and manage budgets, projects and contractors.
