Job Description

Lead and oversee all Engineering and Maintenance operations to ensure the hotel's facilities, equipment and building systems are safe, reliable and efficient, while driving preventive maintenance, sustainability, safety and statutory compliance, developing the Engineering team and managing budgets, projects, contractors and operational priorities in line with Accor standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel engineering or facilities management leadership, with strong technical expertise and the ability to lead high-performing teams and hotel operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, energy conservation, safety regulations, statutory compliance and engineering best practice.
• Strong leadership communication, organizational, problem-solving and commercial skills with a high level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
